Exciting progress is happening at Summit Estates. From newly paved roads and spacious lots to the first model home now under construction, this community is beginning to come to life. Our first model is officially underway and offers an impressive quick 4 to 5 month turnaround, creating an exciting opportunity for buyers who want a new home without the long wait.
The Summit Estates Sales Centre is now open, and private meetings are available upon request. We will also be hosting frequent open houses on Saturdays and Sundays, giving buyers the opportunity to visit, ask questions, explore available models, and learn more about preferred pricing and current incentives.
